We stand behind every product we sell. All inground trampolines purchased through Trampoline Holes come with a strong warranty — because a backyard investment like this should last for years.
Structural Frame Warranty
All inground trampoline frames sold by Trampoline Holes include a lifetime structural warranty. If the frame fails under normal use conditions, we will replace the affected components.
This warranty applies to the galvanized steel frame and retaining wall system. It covers manufacturing defects and structural failure under normal residential use.
Parts Warranty
Other components are covered by the manufacturer warranty:
- Jumping mat: 3-year warranty against UV degradation and manufacturing defects
- Safety pad: 2-year warranty
- Springs: 1-year warranty
Warranties begin on the date of delivery.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage caused by improper installation (if self-installed)
- Damage from misuse, neglect, or exceeding weight limits
- UV or weather damage beyond the warranty periods above
- Acts of nature (flooding, extreme weather events)
