We reserve the right to change product specifications, pricing, and availability without notice. All prices are in USD. We make every effort to display accurate product information, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

Orders and Payment

Shipping and Delivery

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled products in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Contact us to initiate a return.

Limitation of Liability

Trampoline Holes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your purchase or use of our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Product Safety and Use

Trampolines carry inherent risk. You are responsible for safe use and supervision of anyone using your trampoline. Follow all installation instructions and safety guidelines provided with your kit. Trampoline Holes is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

Professional Installation Services

Professional installation services are provided by Trampoline Holes and are subject to a separate service agreement provided at the time of quote. Installation warranties apply as described in our Warranty policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photos, videos, and logos — is the property of Trampoline Holes and may not be reproduced without express written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah.
