Shipping Policy
All orders ship free to the lower 48 states. Here is everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Time
Transit time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take a few additional days.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Cost
Free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses.
Freight Shipments
Full trampoline kits and large items ship via freight carrier (LTL). Here is what to expect:
- You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment
- Freight deliveries are curbside — the driver will bring the pallet to the curb, not inside your home or garage
- Inspect the shipment carefully before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt
- If your order arrives damaged, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours
Tip: If the outside of your shipment looks damaged, write “damaged” on the delivery receipt before signing — this protects your ability to file a freight claim.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled — see our returns process for next steps.
