Inground Trampoline FAQ

Common questions from buyers just like you — answered honestly and completely.

General Questions

How deep does the hole need to be for an inground trampoline?

Most installations require a hole 30–36 inches deep. Our kits include a retaining wall system sized to your trampoline — no additional materials needed.

Can I install an inground trampoline myself?

Yes — our kits are designed for DIY installation. You can hire a local excavator for the digging and handle assembly yourself. Most customers complete installation over a weekend. Professional installation is also available in Utah, Idaho, and Arizona.

Are inground trampolines safer than above-ground?

Yes. The jumping surface is at ground level, eliminating the risk of falling from height. Above-ground trampolines sit 3+ feet off the ground, which is the source of most serious trampoline injuries.

What is included in your inground trampoline kits?

Every kit includes the frame, jumping mat, vented safety pad, full spring set, and retaining wall system. Free shipping to the lower 48 states on every order.

How do inground trampolines handle drainage?

Our kits are engineered for in-ground drainage. The retaining wall system has drainage gaps, and we recommend a gravel base at the bottom of the hole. Proper surface grade ensures rainwater flows away from — not into — the trampoline hole.

Buying & Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on every kit to all 50 lower 48 states. Large kits ship via freight carrier. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Transit time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your location.

What is your warranty?

All inground trampolines include a lifetime structural warranty on the frame. Mats, pads, and springs have a manufacturer warranty — see the individual product page for details.

Can I finance my purchase?

Yes — financing options are available at checkout. Monthly payment estimates are shown on product pages.

Installation

Where do you offer professional installation?

We offer professional installation in Utah, Idaho, and Arizona. If you are outside these states, our DIY guide and customer support team make self-installation very manageable.

How much does professional installation cost?

Installation pricing depends on your location, trampoline size, and site conditions. Request a free quote for an itemized estimate.

Do I need a permit to install an inground trampoline?

This varies by municipality. In most residential areas no permit is required, but we recommend checking with your local building department before digging. We can advise based on your area.
